Transport

The delivery of your package is insured by IMX service. Soft Paris cannot be held responsible in the case of problems during transport (an open package, opened package by a third party and/or lost). Please don’t accept open packages because the contents may be incomplete and claims will not be possible . You have 15 days from the date of shipment of the package to make a claim on the contents.

Packaging: We take care to ensure the packaging of your products is discreet and chic.

Home sales: Soft Paris offers a confidential packaging option for a smll fee of £2.50 / 3€. Your order will be packaged and closed in an individual bag with a label and your name. Ask your Advisor if you would also like a gift box.

Shopping on the site www.softparis.co.uk: if your purchases are intended for a gift for someone else select this option when you process your order and send your gift with a personalised message!

Delivery

Purchases during a home sales party:

The delivery of your package is provided by: IMX service.

Your Advisor will send your package directly. This is her responsibility. The shipping time varies from 48 to 72 hours after receipt of payment for the order .

Purchases www.softparis.co.uk:

The shipping cost depends on the country of delivery and the value of your order.


Shipping time: UK and Ireland 3 to 5 days


The delivery time indicated is for working days only and will begin when payment has been received. Any order paid online on a week day and placed before noon are shipped the same day. We accept no responsibility for the rights and customs fees charged by your country or the law regarding the possibility of importing our products in your country.

All exchanges/returns must be made within the deadline of the warranty.

Defective Products:
You can return a product considered defective under the manufacturing warranty within 1 day to 6 months (see Warranty page) to run from the date of receiving of the product. Please ensure you use functional batteries and that they are inserted correctly before returning a product. The batteries supplied with some items are demonstration batteries which have a short life.

Change of heart:
You have a period of 14  days from the delivery of your order to request a refund or exchange. We will ask you to return the products received. Shipping charges are not be refunded by Soft Paris . The products should be forwarded within 15 days of the date of cancellation. The refund for the cancelled product will be made within 30 days of notification of cancellation. If you’ve chosen to make a change, please wait a few days so we can route your package.

Return Process:

Send a message via the contact form on the site indicating the order number, the product reference and the request (refund / exchange). A refund number will be given for speedy treatment of your request. For an exchange, a new article will be issued. Shipping costs are at your expense, forwarding expenses will be paid by Soft Paris unless it appears that the product works correctly (you will then be billed for forwarding expenses). We do not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit. The cost of postage is your responsibility.

Exchange :

  • New order for a greater amount: join the payment of the balance to the exchange request.
  • Exchange amount less than the original amount: refund of the difference will be made ​​within 30 days after receiving the product for exchange.

In case of excessive returns, Soft Paris reserves the right to refuse an order.

Your package is returned to Soft Paris:

This occurs either because the recipient’s address is incorrect, because the package itself has been more than 14 days at the post office nearest to the recipient. You will be charged for the cost of re-shipping (£8.50 / 8.50€) plus £4.50 / 5€ processing fee. The above process must be followed to ensure timely processing of your return request.

Warranty

Soft Paris products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of six months after the date of delivery. They would be subject to a refund or an exchange during this period. Any improper use is not the responsibility of the Soft Paris Advisor or Soft Paris.

You purchased products during a Soft Party to one of our Advisor, independant seller distributing Soft Paris products. In order to identify you as the final purchaser of a product bought in a meeting, thank you for registering it on this form.

The warranty does not cover defects caused by accidental damage, misuse or improper use of instructions and / or safety advisories. Remove batteries (rechargeable intimate toys), disassembly and / or deterioration of the product invalidates the warranty and may prevent repair. Soft Paris can not accept returns or exchanges of products that have undergone this kind of manipulation.

In case of malfunction or nonconformity of the delivered product, the Internet User must inform the Customer Services via the Contact page, which agrees to try to remedy the problem promptly. Soft Paris also guarantees, in accordance with the law, against any defects that affect the products delivered that might render it unfit for use, as well as against the harmful consequences it may produce. Any complaint about the contents of a package (wrong content) must be sent via the Contact page of Soft Paris no later than 15 days following shipment of the package. Any complaint about the contents of a package after this deadline will not be taken into account by Soft Paris.
