How can I become a Soft Paris Advisor ?

Simply fill out the online form available on our website. You will be contacted within 48 hours and receive documentation and answers to your questions! If you confirm your interest for this wonderful business, simply order the demo kit that allows you to start your business.

How much money can I expect to earn ?

Margins that you get on your sales are proportional to the efforts you provide to achieve good sales during the Soft Parties that you host. On average, an advisor’s income starts at €100 per party. The record to date is €500 in margins for one party – note that our advisors host at least 3 parties per month … not bad, don’t you agree?

Do I have to do a minimum number of parties per week or per month?

No. Soft Paris does not impose a minimum monthly number of parties or sales. You are free to schedule your business activity as you wish.

Do I have to pay for the demonstration kit?

Yes, you have to pay for the demo kit, but if you complete your Brilliant Start, your kit is free! In order to achieve and optimize party sales, each advisor needs demonstration products. To get these, you must make an initial investment in a kit. Soft Paris offers you a 75% discount on its market value! Soft Paris will reimburse your initial outlay if you if you sell £4800 within 90 days Products in each kit are selected from our bestselling products at parties. In addition, Advisors earn points through their sales, which allows them to add new products to their kit!

Can I recruit my own team?

Of course. Soft Paris encourages you to recruit your own team – you will boost your income even more! Once you show interest in recruiting sponsored advisors, Soft Paris offers the necessary tools and support you need to build a team that will last and grow over time!

Will I be trained for the profession of an Advisor?

By becoming a Soft Paris Advisor, you automatically receive several training tools (training materials, detailed explanations of products …) because we believe that your training is one of the keys to your success! We regularly organize in-person or telephone training sessions during which we present all our products and give you all the information needed to establish and start your business, increase your sales and recruit …

Does Soft Paris provide sales and communication material?

Yes, Soft Paris provides an array of stylish and professional sales material to its advisors to assist them in their communication approach and building a clientele. The material is available once you have you purchased your kit, and is regularly updated. You can buy material with your bonus points accumulated with your order placements.

How long does it take to be refunded for my kit?

Reimbursement depends on the number of parties you do and the turnover achieved at your parties … Remember that your kit is free if you complete your Brilliant Start Challenges!

Do we have to buy something?

No, there is no minimum purchase, but it is rare to have a party with no sales. Remember however, that the advisor is only paid for sales made and you will receive a gift with a value proportional to the purchases made at the party.

How long does a party last?

A party lasts about 2 hours. It may be shorter depending on your requirements, but it can also be longer depending on the questions asked and addressed … Who would want to end a party early when we’re having so much fun?

What time do parties start?

It is up to you to decide what time you would like your Soft Party to begin, depending on your requirements and those of the Soft Paris advisor. In the evenings or afternoons, weekdays or weekends, cocktail hour or afternoon tea, it is up to you!

Can men be invited?

Soft Parties are primarily reserved for women. Ladies, enjoy this girls’ night out! However, it is possible to share this great experience with some gentlemen – please check with your Advisor and make it clear whether it will be a mixed or couple party during the party preparation.

What do I need for a party?

For a successful Soft Party, the hostess must provide a minimum amount of space and a table so the advisor can easily display the products. In addition, to allow guests to place orders individually and confidentially, we ask that a separate room be made available. Apart from these two points, you are the hostess and are inviting your friends, so you know best regarding how you want this party to take place … If you want it to be around a meal, drinks or whatever, anything is possible!

What are the selling prices of products?

The prices indicated on the Soft Paris retail website are the recommended prices for our advisors. However, each Soft Paris advisor is an independent buyer-retailer, thus by providing an additional service through the party (hosting, tailored advice), she can charge different prices than those listed on the retailer site.

How do I arrange a party?

If you wish to be a hostess of a Soft Paris party, please fill out the form on the page “Host a Sex Toy Party”   make sure you leave your contact details. This registration is free. You will receive a confirmation email shortly after and a Soft Paris advisor will contact you shortly after so you can set a party date.

I want this party to be a surprise for my guests!

It is imperative that your guests be informed of the nature of the party: a party selling naughty products (lingerie, cosmetics, games for couples, sex toys). Indeed, not informing them that it is a home-sales party and the nature of the products may surprise some of your guests and make our advisor uncomfortable!

If you are planning a bachelorette party, then this party may be a surprise for the bride-to-be!

Are there any charges for advisors’ travel expenses?

In 98% of cases, there is no charge for advisors’ travel expenses. In the exceptional case where we would not have a Soft Paris advisor in your area, an advisor may be willing to make the trip if you contribute to her travel expenses. These situations are exceptional and are handled on a case by case basis.

What products will be presented to us?

The products that will be presented include lingerie, accessories, naughty cosmetics and sex toys. Demonstration products are carefully selected from our bestsellers and many are exclusive Soft Paris products.

Is there a Soft Paris advisor in my area?

The Soft Paris advisor team already covers most of the country. We invite you to fill out the online form. An advisor for your area will contact you to arrange your party.
However, if you live in an area that is not covered by a Soft Paris advisor, we will do our best to satisfy your expectations.

How many people should I invite?

Our experience has shown us that with 8 to 15 people, parties are much more pleasant and successful. We recommend that you invite twice as many people as the desired number because some will not be able to come and others will cancel at the last minute. In addition, Soft has a gift for the hostess of the party with a value proportional to sales, so invite more friends and earn more gifts!

How can I pay for my purchases?

Soft Paris offers a payment method allowing everyone to order with confidence, privacy and security: Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or other international debit cards …)

Is the delivery of my purchases confidential?

Soft Paris is committed to ensuring complete confidentiality regarding its customers’ identity. Orders are shipped in discreet packaging, tightly closed and completely neutral, without any mention of its content or Soft Paris. The sender indicated on the package is “Soft”.

I have just confirmed my order and I want to change it?

You must send us a message via the Contact tab as soon as possible.

I’m waiting for a refund after an order cancellation.

Refunds for order cancellations are made within 8 working days of cancellation. This is the processing time required for interbank transactions to place the refund directly into your account. We do not have access to your credit card information at any time, computer transactions are made directly between our bank and yours.

The package is damaged or the contents are damaged.

If the package is damaged or opened we recommend that you do not accept it. Indeed, Soft Paris cannot be held responsible in cases of problems occurring during transport (open package, lost package), if a person other than the intended recipient of the package opens the package or if the Colissimo tracking site indicates that a package was delivered even though it wasn’t or won’t be. Do not accept an opened package because its content may be incomplete! Neither you nor Soft Paris could then make the necessary complaints to the carrier. If you are in this situation, please contact us via the Contact tab on our website.

If you however decide to take your package, place claims being as accurate as possible on the on the delivery slip or the delivery drivers electronic pad. If an item is defective, please contact us via the contact tab on our website.

I received my order, but the products I received don’t match my expectations, can I return them?

You have a period of one month to return, at your expense, the products that do not suit you, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. This period begins on the date of shipment. You then have the choice of requesting either a refund of your order (excluding return costs that remain at your expense), or exchanging your product for a different item of the same or lesser value (the difference will be refunded by bank transfer).

I want to receive my delivery in another country than my main residence.

At Soft Paris, we serve a large number of countries. For more information please visit the “Shipping & Returns” page by clicking on the link at the bottom of this page.

I received my order within the last seven days and wish to cancel part of it or all of it.

Have you changed your mind? Would you like to return some products and cancel your order as well? You can return it according to the Terms and Conditions of Sale. Upon receipt of the goods and after a complete verification, we will apply the TCS and reimburse you within the statutory period. If you prefer to receive a voucher on the website, please let us know via the Contact section on our website.

Is my personal information confidential?

To process and deliver your orders and issue invoices, we are required to collect certain information about Soft Paris clients. However, this information is strictly confidential and is intended only for those deliveries.

I would like to receive an invoice for my purchases or I need a customs slip.

To receive a VAT invoice, you must contact us via the Contact section on our website. The invoice will be sent in PDF format within 15 days of your request. Packages for foreign countries or Overseas Departments and Territories require a Customs slip. It can be found on your package in the plastic sleeve. If this slip is missing despite our vigilance, please contact us via the Contact section of our website, this slip will be sent to you.

I want to get information about my current order.

You should go to your Client Account in the Order Status section, so you can view the various statuses of your order :

  • registered order
  • order in validation
  • order in preparation
  • order has been shipped.

If the status indicates that your order is being validated by our services, this means that we are checking that all the products you ordered are in stock. We also check the validity of your payment.
If the status indicates that your order has been shipped more than 3 days ago but you have not received your parcel yet:

  • First, please check that you have not received a notice of attempted delivery from our courier Colissimo in your mailbox.
  • If you haven’t received a notice, you can call the Colissimo services or look directly on the Colissimo website. You received an email upon shipment, it includes a direct link to your package tracking information.

How do I know if my online payment is secure?

To ensure payment security, this site uses PayPal’s secure payment service.
PayPal’s top priority is ensuring the security of Soft Paris’ and Internet users’ information and transactions. Thus, during the secured transaction a small padlock at the bottom of the page appears, and the URL starts with “https://”.
These two factors mean that you are in a secure section.

I was out at the time of delivery and I have not picked up my package at Colissimo or the Carrier’s. It was returned to you, what should I do?

You must contact us to reschedule a shipment at your expense according to our General Terms of Sale. Contact us via the Contact tab on our website.

How long will it take for me to receive my package?

All orders placed on our website before noon will be sent out the same day (during working days). When your package is sent out, you will receive a confirmation email.

A product is missing from my order. I did not receive the right products.

Our orders are prepared with great care, but there is always the possibility that an error has occurred while packaging your products. Remove all the products from the box you received and carefully compare the products with your initial order and with the delivery slip that you received along with your products.

If a product is missing, please contact us via the Contact tab, and tell us the name and number of the missing product and the quantity.
We will get back to you as soon as possible. Please also indicate if the package was repacked or in its original packaging and tape.
